Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer Location: Jackson MO - OnsiteSchedule: Full-Time Type: 6 month Contract Pay Range: $50.00 - $85.00 per hour We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our client's onsite production excellence, process optimization, and cost reduction in their high-performance manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and qualityInspect, maintain, and optimize mechanical equipment performanceIdentify production issues and implement effective solutionsConduct cost-benefit analysis for process improvementsDesign equipment layouts, workflows, and production systemsDevelop and implement quality control and cost-saving initiativesDocument activities, research, and performance reports Required Qualifications:Experience in baby care or premium product manufacturing and loss eliminationStrong knowledge of product quality systemsProficiency with digital manufacturing tools (Veeva, SAP, QView, Augury, BadBoih)Self-motivated with strong organizational and prioritization skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
