(Onsite 4 days a week / 1 day remote)Top Secret Clearance RequiredSummaryOur client is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join an existing team supporting a Federal customer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Pega software. You will work closely with business analysts and other developers to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions that meet the customer's needs.ResponsibilitiesWork with senior members of the team and users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Pega Infinity platform.Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices.Assist the Lead Pega Developer with development work streams, from design through testing and deploymentWill be responsible for coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by the Lead Pega DeveloperMaintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.Requirements1+ years of work experienceProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentDesire to work in an information systems environmentExcellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsPega Development ExperiencePossess one of the following certifications: CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)Pega Infinity experiencePrevious Consulting or client service delivery experienceSpecialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertiseEducation/Certification RequirementsApplicants must have a Bachelors degree for this position.Clearance RequirementsApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Top Secret clearance is required.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
