Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist Contract (3–6 months)Location: Westborough MA Compensation: $30-35/hrOnsitePosition SummarySupport full-cycle recruiting activities, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to drive successful hiring outcomes aligned to TA goals.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct up to 30 candidate phone screens per day (high-volume pace).Manage the hiring process for assigned roles and maintain strong applicant flow.Attend intake calls to understand role requirements and hiring needs.Support staffing strategy planning with TA leadership.Coordinate interview scheduling, background/reference checks, offers, onboarding, and new hire documentation.Maintain recruiting reports and share key trends and results with management.Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.QualificationsBachelor's Degree required3+ years recruiting experienceExperience with ATS and recruiting/HR technologyPreferredAgency or staffing experienceSkillsStrong communication (verbal + written)Microsoft Office proficiencyRelationship building and customer service mindsetThrives in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsInitiative, confidentiality, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
