Representing a leading American brand, this role offers full-line responsibility, strong commission upside, and the backing of one of the most respected dealer networks in the Mid-Atlantic.About the OpportunityThis is a high-impact, field-based sales role with strong earnings potential and long-term career progression.The successful candidate will:Manage an assigned territory across DelawareSell new and used machines alongside allied equipment and dealer servicesDrive rental growth while increasing machine sales penetrationProspect new contractors while developing existing customer relationshipsWork closely with internal sales, service, parts & leadership to maximise customer satisfactionRepresent a dealer known for strong market share, operational discipline and a winning cultureIdeal Candidate ProfileTo succeed in this role, you will need:Proven outside sales experience, ideally in construction equipment or related capital equipmentStrong hunter mindset with the ability to grow mid-tier contractor accountsExperience managing both rental and equipment sales pipelinesAbility to work independently while managing high activity levelsConfident negotiation and closing skillsStrong communication and organisational abilityValid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within territoryBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred but not essential.Additional InformationThis is a full-time, permanent role offering base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, training programmes and employee discounts.The company operates with clear core values centred on Integrity, Commitment, Excellence and Teamwork and offers long-term stability.
