Associate Process Manager
Deep Learning EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deep Learning Engineer to join our AI-CoE team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing advanced AI solutions leveraging deep learning architectures and large language models (LLMs). This role requires a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, modern AI frameworks and experience working in enterprise-scale environments.Key responsibilities include:Design, implement, and deploy Deep Learning models for enterprise AI initiatives.Develop and optimize LLM-based systems including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agent Orchestration, and context Memory Management.Integrate and fine-tune LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral etc.) with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS etc.Build scalable and modular AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.Conduct experimentation, evaluation, and performance tuning of AI models using PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX.Collaborate with data engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for model containerization, deployment, and life-cycle management.Qualifications and experience include:Education: MS/M.Tech/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related discipline.Strong proficiency in Python and AI development libraries.Solid understanding of Deep learning and Machine Learning algorithms and their practical implementations.Hands-on experience with AI frameworks.Proficiency with AI orchestration.Working knowledge of vector databases.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies.Preferred skills and attributes include:Experience in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and context optimization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.About eClerxeClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
