Senior Superintendent – Luxury Custom HomesA growing luxury custom home builder in the East Valley is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join its leadership team. This is an opportunity to oversee high-end residential projects while mentoring junior field staff within a collaborative and quality-focused environment. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with extensive luxury residential construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex custom home projects from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesOversee the construction of multiple luxury custom homes simultaneouslyManage project schedules, subcontractors, and daily field operationsRead and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documentsIdentify and proactively resolve design and construction issuesEnsure quality workmanship and timely project completionCoordinate closely with clients, architects, designers, and tradesMentor and support junior superintendents and field personnelMaintain professional, organized, and safe job sitesUphold high standards of accountability, integrity, and client serviceQualifications5+ years of experience in luxury custom residential constructionPrevious experience in a lead Superintendent roleProven ability to manage multiple high-end custom home projects simultaneouslyStrong blueprint and plan-reading capabilitiesExperience leading and mentoring field teamsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsProficiency with basic office software and construction management platformsExperience with Smartsheets, BuilderTrend, or Procore is highly preferredBilingual Spanish/English is a plusIdeal CandidateThe right individual is proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly accountable.
