Regional Manager, SLED TerritoryReporting to the Director of Territory Sales, the Regional Manager will help shape the vision, sales strategy, and direction for the SLED Territory team. They will lead a team of 8–10 sellers operating in both remote and hybrid environments, driving hardware, software, and services growth across existing and prospective customers while fostering a high?performing, motivated sales organization. The Regional Manager will support the expansion of key vendor partnerships and oversee the effective management and optimization of team OPEX. They will collaborate closely with leaders across the broader SLED Unified team—as well as with vendor partner leadership—to maximize customer engagement and achieve key performance targets, including field margin, contract growth, rep participation, and NPS. Additionally, the Regional Manager will serve as a critical Sales Stakeholder on cross?functional initiatives, ensuring the unique requirements of the SLED business and customer base are effectively represented and planned for.Develop & execute against a strong daily/weekly/monthly management process. Performance manages the team to a high standard through using all tools and resources available Creating and implementing business strategies to expand customer footprint, revenue & profit in the sales team territory Driving sales activities that will generate Pipeline Opportunities Maintain an outstanding level of customer service through hiring, coaching and developing a world-class team Act as the primary escalation point for customers, both internal & external to constantly improve customer experience Will work with marketing & training departments to develop and execute against sales rep engagement and development programs Will work with upper leadership and Sales Operations to develop and maintain sales plans Will keep themselves updated on product and industry knowledge to be an expert for their team Will tightly manage a 90-day forecast and pipeline, utilizing MEDPICC and top deal framework Will analyze reports and KPI's to identify business trends5+ years of People management experience, preferably in a technology or B2B environment 8+ years of proven sales experience required with a technology reseller, vendor or distributor Strong Public Sector or SLED experience, selling a wide range of technology and solutions Strong business acumen, analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to capture and organize business requirements Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Outstanding communication and presentation skills Solid interpersonal skills with confidence to present, negotiate, and influence Anticipates problems and takes preventive action Strong curiosity and drive to learn about your customers, industry, programs and your team University degree in business or a related field is preferredCompensation: A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in is $75,360 to $113,040. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
