We’re looking for a seasoned, leadership-driven agent to take ownership of a small grou of team agents — coaching them, holding them accountable, and helping them prouce. This is a full-time real estate position; we are not hiring part-time agents. You’ll be a prodcing agent in your own right while also leading your group. This is a builder’s role for someone who’s already done the work and is ready to lead others throuh it. Make sure every agent is hitting their activity and production standards — calls, appointments, ad deals. • Coach and develop new agents. Work alongside new team members in the field and on the phones until they’re confident and roducing. • Keep the engine running. Ensure your group consistently covers its “money-time” call/prospectng shifts. • Grow capacity through hand-offs. As you get busy, hand off company/brokerage leads to your group so opportunities neer go cold. What succes looks like: Your group is dialed in: every agent is meeting their standards, and production is climbing. When your whole group perform, you win too. Compenation & growth: This is a full-time producing role wth real upside.
