Internal Medicine Physician

Join this 30 Nationwide system that is looking for one more quality physician to complement two other top notch physicians. This is an outpatient job that is a Concierge Practice. Your panel will be only 450 patients in total. Each patient will be seen approximately 14 times per year. The average patient lives more than 6 years longer than any other practice out there. This position is "Truly Managing Patients Healthcare". Their philosophy is to be proactive with their patients health. All patients are known and greeted from the moment they walk in the door. Hours are from 7:30 am to 5 pm. Monday thru Friday. With no inpatient work. Shared telephone call of 1 in 13 as they have a Hospitalist program that services their patients. They are actually building their own in house hospitalist program. Longest patient wait is 15 minutes tops! Compensation Package: Base Salary is $250,000 plus a quality incentive bonus of $25,000 in year one and year two. All full benefits including great health, dental, 21 days PTO, 5 days cme and an additional 6 major holidays off. They offer a commencement bonus of up to $25K. They purposely do not have PAs or NPs seeing their patents. (Will even consider buying out a non compete.
