We're hiring new graduates who want to grow with us from the ground up.The RoleThis is a structured development role — not a "figure it out yourself" entry-level job. You'll train across two tracks:Automation — Install, calibrate, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment. Learn PLC systems, robotics, and hands-on troubleshooting alongside senior engineersOptical Testing — Operate AOI, SPI, and X-Ray systems to inspect PCBAs and optical assemblies.
