The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth is an equal opportunity employer.Role OverviewThe President/CEO will serve as the senior executive leader of the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. Working closely with the senior leadership team, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders, the President/CEO will provide vision, strategy, and operational leadership to ensure financial success, program excellence, and a vibrant organizational culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the organization's strategic plan and annual tactical plans.Lead financial management to achieve balanced or surplus operations, grow earned revenue, and control costs.Build, develop, and retain a high-performing staff, fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and opportunity for growth.Develop and sustain strategic partnerships and philanthropic support, leading annual fundraising initiatives.Oversee capital development and facility maintenance projects, ensuring operational readiness and community impact.Act as the Y's visible community leader, strengthening the brand and positioning the organization as a trusted community anchor.QualificationsAccredited 4-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience.Proven fiscal management experience with budgets of $10M or more annually.Minimum seven years in a senior management role at a YMCA or a comparable organization with direct supervision of multiple levels of staff.Ability to develop and strengthen community relationships.Demonstrated experience in organizational culture and change management.Ability to develop innovative programs and enhance program effectiveness and engagement.Strategic planning and fundraising experience, including annual campaigns and securing grants.YMCA Organizational Leader Certification or ability to obtain it within 3 years.Salary & BenefitsSalary Range: $270,000 – $310,000Health Insurance (cost shared with the Y)YMCA Retirement contribution (12% paid by Y) upon eligibility403(b) savings account availableGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)Complimentary YMCA MembershipOther benefits per personnel policyResidency expectation: Living in the YMCA's service area is required.Application InformationSubmit your application, resume, and cover letter at: https://tinyurl.com/ymca-of-fort-worth-ceoResumes accepted through June 22, 2026.J-18808-Ljbffr
