Job DescriptionData Analyst:Key Responsibilities Data Documentation & Data DictionaryDevelop and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary documenting data elements, definitions, formats, and business rules.Ensure consistent metadata standards and naming conventions across datasets.Document data lineage and relationships between datasets.Data ModelingAssist in designing and maintaining logical and physical data models.Define entity relationships, attributes, and constraints.Work with data engineering teams to ensure models align with business requirements and analytics needs.Attribute-to-Document MappingMap data attributes to source documents, datasets, and system fields.Maintain traceability between data sources, business documents, and reporting systems.Ensure proper documentation of data transformations and mappings.Data Quality & GovernanceValidate and monitor data quality and integrity across systems.Identify inconsistencies and support remediation efforts.Support data governance and compliance initiatives.Reporting & Analytics SupportSupport analysts and business users by ensuring data clarity and accessibility.Collaborate with BI teams to define data requirements for reporting and dashboards.Experience with Tableau dashboards.Compensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation: USD 41,000Maximum Compensation: USD 145,000Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
