Project Manager
Job Description
TouchPros is looking for a Project Manager to manage our new TouchWall projects. The manager will work with school administrators, assistants and alum to manage preferences, resources and attributes. This role involves kicking off projects, guiding projects through various phases of approval, and providing training at the completion of the project. ResponsibilitiesManaging active projectsCarry out Google Meet meetings and trainings with clientsDraft and prepare and email correspondence to clients for general communication and approvals, based on meeting discussionsProblem-solving and time management skills, including ability to meet deadlinesWork effectively with internal colleagues to complete TouchWall projectsIdentify and resolve project issues promptly Preferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in project managementBachelor's DegreeAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteCompany DescriptionFounded in 2008, TouchPros is a firm of multi-disciplinary employees dedicated to highlighting school achievement.
