Logistics Supervisor 3rd Shift

Job Description Maintain day-to-day relationship with customers and suppliersOversee the scheduling of shipments shipmentsAssist with production planning, sequencing and daily monitoring of EMOR, EMJIT, JITH, and JITMManage the Logistics TeamCoordinate with the Logistics Manager to ensure departmental goals are metDetermine training needs of the Logistics DepartmentInteract with customers on a daily basis, communicating with them any late or short shipmentsReport customer call offs vs. customer forecastsCommunicate with and assist other departments within the organization as requiredOn Time Delivery reports for management KPICheck all releases and build manual releases in SAPMaintain schedule agreements and issue relevant documents in order to meet customer requirements (manual only)Build delivery notes, ASN’s, and print out shippers/pick listsEnsure that all data and all transactions are correctly posted and recorded in the systemCreate invoices and other documents for shipments outside the USManage service requirements and schedule transportationComplete all other tasks as assigned by departmental managerFamiliar with SAP 4.6Comfortable using MS-OfficeKnowledge of customer requirements and release systemExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to provide excellent leadership for the Logistics TeamExemplary in attendance, time management, and quality of workKnowledge of customer required web sitesExperience in warehousing and stock controlAbility to take initiative in problem solvingAbility to work without supervisionCompany Description Möllertech USA, LLC specializes in plastics technology for the automotive industry Company Description Möllertech USA, LLC specializes in plastics technology for the automotive industry
