This team specializes in power delivery projects including transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure, with a strong backlog tied to grid modernization, system reliability, and renewable integration.'We are seeking a Power Delivery Engineer to support a range of T&D projects across transmission, substation, and distribution systems. This is a hands-on engineering role with exposure to multiple disciplines, offering strong long-term growth and the opportunity to work on critical utility infrastructure.Job DescriptionSupport design and engineering across transmission lines, substations, and/or distribution systemsDevelop and review:One-line diagrams and electrical schematicsPhysical layouts and design drawingsEngineering calculations and technical reportsAssist with equipment sizing, system upgrades, and grid modernization projectsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, protection & control)Ensure compliance with NESC, NEC, IEEE, and utility standardsSupport project execution from design through construction and commissioningInterface with clients, field teams, and project managers as neededPotential Projects:Transmission line upgrades and expansions (69kV-345kV+)Substation design and modernization projectsDistribution system upgrades and undergrounding programsRenewable energy interconnections (wind, solar, battery storage)Grid resiliency and infrastructure hardening initiativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
