Project Manager (Austin)

We are currently seeking an experience Project Manager to play a key role within a high-impact technical services team.Work Location:**Hybrid. Candidate must be local to Austin, TX**QualificationsMinimum (Required):8 years of:Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentationExperience in implementing SACWIS/CCWIS systemsAwareness and knowledge of systems and solutions that that promote efficiency, effectiveness, and enables direct delivery of services to clients.Experience in Business Process Redesign.Working knowledge of project documentation including project plans, work breakdown structures, issues logs, action logs, and decision tracking documents.Facilitating meetings, work sessions, requirements gathering sessions and conducting presentations with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery, senior, and executive leadership.Providing recommendations to key agency leadershipWorking knowledge in guiding various project teams; and subsets of teams within large enterprise projects.Experience managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions.Strong communication – verbal and written - skills with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery staff up to executive level leadership.Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading work sessions and project team meetings.Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint)Preferred (Optional):5 years of:Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification1 year of:Awareness or knowledge of client's systems and programsOverviewAt Allied Consultants, we value our consultants and are committed to providing an exceptional experience including:Highly competitive pay ratesLocal support staff for responsive, personal serviceComprehensive benefits package, including:Medical insurance (with employer cost sharing)Life insuranceA 401(K) plan with company matchFlexible spending through a cafeteria planCandidates selected for interviews will be subject to a criminal background check and may be required to pass a drug screening, in compliance with federal and state regulations.
