Real Estate Partnership Accountant

We offer a first-class office setting, a small-team environment, and strong growth potential for motivated professionals.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple real estate partnershipsEnsure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closingsPrepare financial work papers to support annual audits & tax filingsCoordinate with external auditors and tax preparersReview partnership tax returns and assist with compliance documentationPrepare and submit IRS Form 1099sSupport special projects in financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory complianceQualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in AccountingExperience with financial accounting and general ledger systemsStrong Excel and Word proficiencyExcellent communication and analytical skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesPreferred:Experience with real estate partnershipsFamiliarity with QuickBooksExposure to tax preparation or audit support environmentsBenefits:Paid vacation and sick time offEmployer paid health insurance401(k) plan with employer matchEmployer-paid life insuranceCompensation:Salary range is $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.Discretionary annual performance bonusAbility to Commute:Harper Woods, MI 48225 (Required)Work Location:In personCompany DescriptionIn 1980, Gerald A.
