The organization is transitioning from primarily operating as a demolition subcontractor to expanding into full-service GC. We are seeking an experiencedConstruction Estimatorwith solid preconstruction experience who is ready to contribute immediately and grow with a company that stands behind its people. Required Qualifications Strong work historypreferably with Top ENR GCs. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience preparing estimates, quantity takeoffs, and managing bid processes end-to-end.
