Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities Duties: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about available vehicles and pricing. - Assist customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences. - Conduct virtual vehicle tours and provide detailed information about features and specifications. - Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers. - Coordinate with the dealership's finance department to secure financing options for customers. - Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Skills: - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience for customers. - Knowledge of dealership operations and understanding of the automotive industry. - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with customers. - Multilingual abilities, including fluency in Spanish, to cater to a diverse customer base. - Proficiency in math to calculate pricing, financing options, and discounts accurately. - Experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred. - Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist customers with financing calculations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
