Position Summary:You will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks in residential apartment communities. This role ensures the property is well-maintained, functional, and provides a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to maintenance service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairsPerform routine preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systemsPrepare apartments for new residents by completing unit turns, including painting, drywall repair, fixture installation, and general maintenanceAssist with emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours on-call rotation as neededInspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend solutionsEnsure all tools and equipment are in good working conditionMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresCommunicate effectively with residents, team members, and managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to read and write in EnglishStrong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyA proactive and energetic approach to workBasic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairAbility to use a variety of hand and power toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be able to lift up to 50lbs, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders or stairsEqual Opportunity Employer (EOE)Join our team and contribute to creating a remarkable living experience for our residents!
