Adecco is currently assisting a client in Diamond Bar with hiring a dependable and organized File Clerk. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, and maintaining a professional front desk presence.In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling mail and deliveries, and organizing accounting records. No phone answering is required.Responsibilities:Welcome and assist visitors, mail carriers, and delivery personnel professionallyReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packagesOrganize, file, and maintain physical and digital accounting recordsSort and store accounting documents for easy accessibilityAssist with data entry and general administrative tasksMaintain a clean and organized filing room, front desk, and reception areaSupport annual audit procedures and reporting requirementsPerform additional clerical and administrative duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required6 months to 1 year of clerical or administrative experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work independentlyBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelProfessional, friendly, and dependable demeanorAbility to maintain confidentiality with sensitive informationThis position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting daily office operations.Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | $18/hr.Apply today to learn more about this opportunity with Adecco!Pay Details: $18.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
