As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, knowledgeable about Korean BBQ and Hotpot food and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. *Duties* * Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast. * Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for order totals. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including pre-bussing tables. * Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. * Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. *Experience* * Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required. * Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables at once. * Excellent communication skills for effective guest relations and teamwork. * Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. * Experience in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills are required.
