You'll develop Power BI dashboards and SharePoint environments to provide leaders with clear, reliable access to culture insights, listening data, and program resources at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain Power BI dashboards for culture initiatives and leadership reporting.Build data models and reporting frameworks to translate data into actionable insights.Develop executive-ready dashboards aligned with lean operating principles.Design and build scalable SharePoint environments for enterprise collaboration.Partner with program leaders to translate needs into analytics and digital solutions.Provide training and support on dashboards and digital tools.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent experience.4–6 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or digital collaboration environments.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.Experience designing and managing SharePoint sites.Ability to translate complex data into clear visual dashboards.PreferencesExperience with people analytics or culture-related data.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools.Experience integrating survey platforms or analytics tools with reporting environments.Background in lean, continuous improvement, or operational reporting environments.Experience in large or highly regulated organizations.Ready to make an impact?
