In this role, you’ll run phishing simulations, analyze user behavior, and support training initiatives that help employees recognize and respond to cyber threats.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute phishing and social engineering simulations (email, SMS, voice)Track and analyze metrics (click rates, reporting, repeat behavior)Build reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, charts)Support security awareness training and internal campaignsReview reported phishing emails and identify trendsPartner with IT, security, and business teams across the organizationQualifications1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or related fieldExperience with phishing simulations or awareness programs is a plusStrong Excel and data analysis skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesNice to Have:Familiarity with tools like KnowBe4, Microsoft Defender, or SmartsheetCertifications such as Security+ or SSAP
