We offer flexible employment models (W2 and 1099) to fit your professional and personal needs.Physician Compensation & Schedule:Employment Type: W2 or 1099Rotation: 7-day blocks, Monday to SundayHours: 7 AM - 7 PM day shifts; 7 PM - 7 AM night shifts Key Responsibilities:Manage an average patient census of 20 patients per day.Utilize hospital EMRs; no centralized EMR system.Provide supervision to APPs during day shifts; APPs work independently at night.No procedures required; respond to codes as necessary based on site. Facility & Support:Open ICU environment.Mid-level support available with each APP having a supervising physician.
