RN Nurse Training Manager

Scope of Duties At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties: Assist with the the Medication Administration and Nursing Program Provide Excellent Training and Task Delegation to Caregivers and CNAs Assess Clients with specified nursing/medication needs and care plan evaluations Collaborate with Client’s PCPs and Provider Team Where We Are - Here is the service area we provide in home caregiving services to: Central Oregon - including Bend, Redmond, Sisters, LaPine, Madras Requirements A desire to help a seniors access high quality care while remaining independent A desire to be out in the community instead of the same facility each day Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon Passion for training, teaching, and equipping Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills Proficiency with technology and electronic devices Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism Benefits When working in a role with Caring for Family of Companies, you’re responsible for upholding and supporting our mission.
