Title Insurance Processor

We are seeking an experienced Title Insurance Processor to support commercial real estate transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Underwrite commercial purchase, refinance, leasehold, and construction transactionsDraft and issue title commitments, policies, and endorsements per state and national standardsResolve title defects and curative issues; coordinate with clients, attorneys, and title vendorsSupport mixed-finance, nonprofit, affordable housing, and LIHTC dealsMaintain file documentation and compliance through audits and reportingQualifications:2 years of commercial title underwriting experience Proficiency with title software (SoftPro Select, Rynoh) and Microsoft OfficeActive Title Producer License in TN preferredStrong knowledge of commercial title insurance, escrow, ALTA standards, and legal documentationExcellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities
