Senior Researcher in Education Policy

A company is looking for a Part-Time Senior Researcher to support project teams in K-12 education accountability systems. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of policy analysis projects and support project leadership Provide expertise on evidence-based strategies related to accountability and school improvement Manage projects, including planning timelines, overseeing deliverables, and engaging with stakeholdersRequired QualificationsPhD in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience Experience managing project teams on research and evaluation projects Understanding of federal and state accountability systems and related data sources Expertise in school improvement research and prior experience conducting evaluations Demonstrated experience with research design, data analysis, and various data collection methodologies
