What you'll do at Jamf:The Learning Experience Specialist serves as a facilitator, mentor coordinator, and learner advocate within Jamf's Learning & Development team, focusing on the human elements of learning: building connections, facilitating meaningful experiences, supporting mentorship, and ensuring learners feel engaged throughout their development journey.While AI-powered systems handle administrative tasks, this role focuses on activities requiring emotional intelligence, relationship building, and human judgment. Ideal for someone energized by helping others grow, thriving on interpersonal connection, and wanting to make direct impact on employee development.This position offers excellent opportunity for launching a career in L&D with hands-on experience in facilitation, coaching, and program delivery, working closely with L&D Program Managers and Senior Manager, Learning & Development.This role is offered as remote in Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI, or Austin, TX. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. These ranges can vary based on hiring location. Where an individual's pay falls within that range depends on several factors, including role scope, location, budget, skills, experience, and qualifications.
