More information is available on our website https://www.sswtechnologies.com/ The Onsite Master Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily contacts with a select group of customers with regards to order entry, service and invoicing.  Receives orders, interprets, and confirms pricing as orders are received.  Confirms supply is adequate to meet demand by working closely with Production and Shipping.  Completes necessary order entry into the computer system.  Provides acknowledgements to customer orders and reviews with customers any variance from customers plans that must be discussed at the time of acknowledgement.  Involves and informs sales team of any concerns about customer service whether perceived or real before they become an issue with the customer.  Establishes timelines for new product development assuring product launches on time per customers need and communicates progress to customer on new product launches.  Must be able to build strong customer relationships through service, responsiveness to requests, strong positive attitude, organization of customer needs, follow-up, and customer orientation.  Manage all assigned customer correspondence related to product shipments, development, acknowledgments, and customer release planning sheets, and invoicing.  Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to determine personnel or materials requirements or material priorities.  Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.  Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, or customer information, so that status reports can be completed.  Tracks performance to Sales plan for all assigned customers and communicates this information to Master Production Scheduler on a timely basis.  Maintains price lists with the Avante system to assure accuracy or invoicing and match to customer purchase orders.  Provide documentation and information to account for delays, difficulties, or changes to cost estimates.  Completes various performance reports as instructed by General Manager.  Develops new product timelines and follows progress to assure customer satisfaction with new product launches.  Notifies management and staff of issues delay progress in this area.  Involvement in basic administrative duties within the front office area to support each office employee.  Provide back up to Inventory Control, Purchasing, Finance, and Phones as needed.  Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.  Assure customer service and satisfaction by meeting due dates every time.  Work diligently with Production, Materials, Shipping, Quality (as applicable), to raise alarm for orders past due. Position Supervised or Directed: Reports to General Manager. Qualifications, Experience requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field required. At least five years of related experience required. Professional certification by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) preferred. Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred) Materials Management: 3 years (Preferred) Production Scheduling: 3 years (Preferred) Computer skills with Excel, Word, E-mail, Outlook. General Requirements: Able to travel to other divisions when required.  Availability to go to the office from Monday to Friday. Detailed and hands-on oriented. Work Conditions: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Office and manufacturing plant environment.
