LEAD ANALYST (HR IT PROGRAM)

Title: Lead Analyst – HR IT Program / Enterprise Systems & Testing Coordination Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 15 months (March 2026 – June 2027) Pay Range: $70-90/hr Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote (EST required) or New Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid preferred) About the Opportunity Our client, a leader in the Healthcaresector, is looking for a skilled Lead Analyst – HR IT Program / Enterprise Systems & Testing Coordination to join their team for a 15 month engagement. This project involves providing analytical, coordination, and testing leadership across HR technology workstreams to support a large‑scale enterprise separation initiative. This is a high‑impact role that requires a self‑motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Performing data discovery, data mapping, and cross‑system analysis across multiple HR technology platforms. Supporting the planning and coordination of System Integration Testing (SIT) and End‑to‑End (E2E) testing across all HR systems—a major program responsibility. Documenting system interactions, dependencies, requirements, and creating user stories (potentially in JIRA). Coordinating with internal teams, including Procurement, Architecture, Security, and technical teams, and assisting with vendor/supplier contract tracking. Supporting overall program execution by identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies across workstreams. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role. Deep expertise in providing analysis, discovery, and testing coordination across HR systems in a large enterprise‑level background (ideally as a lead). This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals. Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (mandatory) and coordinating cross‑system testing efforts.
