Our McAllen, TX branch is scaling rapidly, moving high-volume reefer freight for some of the most recognized growers and shippers in North America, with active expansion into dry van and flatbed.We're a fast-growing, performance-driven team — and we're hiring talented people ready to build, earn, and thrive.About the RoleWe are hiring a Track & Trace / Data Entry Specialist to support the daily operations of our brokerage team. This is a foundational role with full visibility across our load lifecycle — from dispatch to delivery — and a real career path into freight operations, account management, or analytics.This role combines proactive shipment tracking with high-accuracy data entry inside our TMS (Revenova, built on Salesforce). It's a great entry point for someone looking to break into freight brokerage with a structured, metric-driven team.No logistics experience required. We will provide full training on our systems, processes, and the brokerage industry.What You'll Own- Track & Trace — Monitor active loads from pickup to delivery, ensuring real-time visibility across our shipper and carrier network- Communication — Proactively communicate with carriers, drivers, and shippers via phone and email to provide timely updates and resolve issues- TMS Data Entry — Enter and maintain load details, rate confirmations, and account records in Revenova (Salesforce) with high accuracy- Reporting Support — Assist with weekly performance reports covering volume, margin, lane trends, and account mix- Sales & Operations Support — Maintain prospect and account trackers; provide clean, accurate data to leadership for decision-making- Process Adherence — Follow strict SOPs around load tracking, status updates, and delivery confirmationsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:- Prior data entry experience — high volume, high accuracy- Computer proficiency — quick to learn new software platforms and operational tools- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookup functions)- Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable on the phone and over email- Obsessive attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable in this role- Reliable, organized, and accountable- Strong work ethic and ownership mindsetPreferred:- Bilingual English / Spanish- Customer service or operations experience in any industry- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/TMS platformsNote: No prior logistics experience is required.
