Remote Pharmacy Technician

Medication Adherence Program We are seeking a qualified and detail-orientedPharmacy Technicianto support clinical and operational functions within a Medication Adherence program. This role involves collaborating with pharmacists, healthcare teams, and Medicare Part D members to promote program participation and improve health outcomes.Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls from Medicare Part D members, including handling opt-out requests Accurately document interactions and maintain call logs and tracking reports Monitor and respond to program-related email communications in a timely manner Maintain organized program documentation and records Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify trends and performance insights Support ongoing program initiatives to ensure objectives and key performance indicators are achieved Identify and help resolve operational challenges to support program effectiveness Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and related documentation Perform additional duties as assignedCompensation:$21.00 per hour Location:Fully RemoteSchedule & Benefits Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, standard day shift Paid training provided Remote work environmentRequired Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) requiredPreferred Experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting At least two (2) years of call center or customer service experience Working knowledge of prescription medications and therapeutic classifications Familiarity with Medicare Part D programs and benefitsSkills & Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team Knowledge of pharmacy claims processing, formularies, and utilization management practices is preferred Strong organizational and analytical skillsWork Environment This position is performed in a remote setting under standard home office conditions.We are anEqual Opportunity Employercommitted to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
