This nursing staff member coordinates the individual treatment plan (ITP) for patients undergoing cardiac rehabilitation therapies.Minimum Qualifications:Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Indicate minimum required to qualify or perform this job.)Required Education/Experience/Licensing:Current nursing license in State of OhioThree (3) years' clinical experience in care of patients with cardiovascular diseaseCertified in BCLS and ACLSRequired Communication and other skills:Communication and other skills:Basic computer skillsExcellent communication skills in the area of patient education and counselingCompetent in the performance of a cardiovascular and pulmonary history and physical examCompetent in quickly recognizing, identifying and treating abnormal EKG's and cardiac dysrhythmiasConditions of Employment:To promote the highest levels of health and well-being, the University of Toledo campuses are tobacco-free.
