The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for teaching and supporting students with diverse abilities, focusing particularly on middle school students. Daily tasks include developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), implementing personalized teaching strategies, monitoring student progress, collaborating with general education teachers, and communicating with parents or guardians to support student development and success.QualificationsExpertise in Special Education, Disabilities, and working with middle school studentsStrong skills in Teaching and classroom managementProficiency in verbal and written Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleaguesKnowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to special educationBachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field is required; relevant certifications are a plusPatience, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
