Ticket Sales & Outdoor Park Attendant

Job Description We are seeking an energetic and dependable Ticket Sales & Outdoor Park Attendant to support both front-facing guest services and outdoor park operations. This role includes customer service, ticket and retail sales, attraction operation, and general park maintenance. Ideal candidates enjoy working with people, staying active, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, professional customer serviceOperate point-of-sale systems for ticket and retail salesStock merchandise and maintain clean, organized work areasAssist with park attractions including tubing hills, coaster, and gem miningSupport guest safety proceduresSend tubers safely down the hill and assist with fishing activitiesClean and maintain facilities, grounds, and equipmentPerform general maintenance as neededQualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working on your feet for long periodsAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessMust be able to work weekends and holidays as neededCompany DescriptionHighlands Outpost is a family-friendly outdoor adventure destination in the mountains of North Carolina, known for its extreme tubing, hands-on attractions, the Scaly Mountain screamer alpine coaster, and classic mountain fun.
