Velociti Services is seeking a highly organized and driven High-Volume Recruiter to support rapid hiring of Security Officers while managing onboarding and operational administrative tasks. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and ensuring new hires successfully complete all pre-employment and onboarding requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to play a key role in building high-performing security teams.ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & HiringManage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Security Officer hiringSource candidates through Indeed, job boards, referrals, social media, and hiring eventsConduct phone screens and schedule interviewsCoordinate with Operations on hiring needs and prioritiesExtend offers and manage offer acceptanceMaintain candidate records in ATS and ensure data accuracyMeet weekly hiring goals and deadlinesOnboarding & ComplianceCoordinate all pre-employment requirements, including:Drug screensBackground checksE-VerifyI-9 completionLicensing verification (as required)Ensure onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and timelySchedule and support orientation sessionsCommunicate start dates and onboarding instructions to new hiresOffice & Administrative SupportMaintain employee files and onboarding documentationProvide general office and administrative supportAssist Operations leadership with hiring coordinationUniform & Inventory ManagementConduct uniform sizing and fittings for new hiresIssue uniforms and maintain inventory logsTrack uniform inventory levels and coordinate reorderingEnsure officers are properly equipped prior to start dateQualificationsRequired:2+ years of high-volume recruiting experienceExperience managing full-cycle recruitingExperience coordinating onboarding, background checks, and drug screensStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Security industry recruiting experienceExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience supporting onboarding and HR administrationInventory or uniform management experienceBenefitsCompetitive salaryCareer advancement opportunitiesGround-floor opportunity with a rapidly growing companyProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunity to work directly with company leadershipVelociti Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
