Talent Acquisition SpecialistDuration: 6-month contract Location: Portland, OR (hybrid)The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting for 25 requisitions, including posting, sourcing, screening, and interacting with hiring managers. The role requires adaptability to business needs, allowing for a focus on sourcing support when requisition loads are low.Position Responsibilities Manage a full requisition load of approximately 25 positions, which includes posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and engaging with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with team members for training and onboarding, as well as to coordinate panel interviews and background check confirmations.Utilize Workday as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and manage recruitment processes effectively.Administer screening and selection tools, ensuring compliance with legal regulations throughout the staffing process.Provide hiring managers with tools and resources to assist in the selection process and offer consultative support regarding staffing solutions, including temporary and contingent staffing options.Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's brand in the employment market, contributing to the overall recruitment strategy.Proactively source and pre-screen candidates for recruiters, utilizing various recruitment channels and methods.Participate in departmental projects and initiatives, recommending process improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.Position Requirements Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.A positive and growth-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.University degree preferred, with the option for 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Sourcing experience is a valuable asset, along with any previous in-house recruiting experience.A commitment to delivering a premium candidate experience, characterized by timely communication, organized processes, and proactive follow-up.Top 3 Must-Haves1. 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting2.
