Team Lead (Amrock / Tax Certificates) - Internal
Position Summary
As an Amrock / Tax Certificate Team Lead, you will be tasked with guiding a group of employees as they complete daily reports, communicate with clients and keep up with daily workflow and processes. You will be a direct contact to provide information to a supervisor on the team's progress. You will assist in tracking productivity, audits and should a conflict arise, the Team Lead must work with team members to solve a question quickly and effectively.
You will be representing the organization in a professional manner through appearance, language, and behavior. Team Leads shall promote and develop individuals with mutual respect, emotional intelligence, diversity, and dignity. The Team Lead must provide direction, instructions, and guidance to your team. You will also be asked to know your team members' strengths, weaknesses, and motivations.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Applicable overtime pay will apply per law.
Essential Functions
On top of Team Lead duties, you will be tasked with processing operational orders while communicating and answering questions regarding Amrock Tax Certificates and other Tax Certificate-related products. You will also be asked to finalize and deliver property reports promptly.
Serve as a point of contact for questions and issues that arise from your team
Mentor team members
Coach and assist team members achieve their own goals
Assist with answering phone calls
Contribute in supporting team members
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to help complete management review files when assigned
Lend a helping hand with calculating productivity scores
Review with team members of current audit scores and trends
Conduct online research
Compile reports using our proprietary software
Data entry work
Communicate with clients, confirm deadlines, update progress
Maintain workflow and order progress
Sending and completing orders from the orders
Answering all Analyst and Vendor questions
Vendor calls and on boarding
Performance reviews with the vendors
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Looking for a highly motivated PropLogix team member with above average audit scores, productivity, and attendance and not have been on an action plan in the last six months. The ideal candidate will have experience/knowledge with the Amrock / Tax Certificate products. This position is remote and anyone, regardless of location, may apply, if they meet the qualifications as listed.
