Our rapidly expanding detailing company is now hiring full time manager in training to clean, wax & polish new and used vehicles, inside & out. What you bring to the table: 1+ years management experience Organized & detail oriented Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite Able to multi-task (interruptions are the norm, not the exception in our business) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while enforcing specific operating procedures Traveling between locations during training will be mandatory Experience with auto detailing is preferred, but not required (we will provide thorough training) MUST be willing to DO the job of detailing cars before managing (the best managers learn to drive before taking the wheel!) Able to work with, lead, and motivate a variety of ages & personality types, especially young people just entering the work force Professional, honest, hard-working team player MUSTS!: Have a valid driver’s license & clean driving record Pass criminal, driving & social security background checks Have proof of legal employment eligibility in the U.S. Submit to pre-employment drug testing Be available to work weekend days Compensation starts at $20/hour or DOE. An hourly increase, plus bonuses, will be added after successfully completing management training.
