Experience:Knowledge of Mailing requirements, equipment, and processesJob Duties and General Expectations:Excellent eye for detailHighly motivated with a positive attitude and ability to problem- solveAbility to multi- taskAbility to follow written and oral instructionsCommunicate effectively with internal teamsHave an advanced knowledge of computers (knowledge of Pace and/or Prestige is a plus)Meet company and departmental standards, including: Customer Requirements, Compliance, Safety, Quality, etc.Follow Lahlouh ISO Quality Procedures and Work Instructions, and complete forms and checklists as necessaryFollow Lahlouh policies outlined in the company handbookWork extended hours, as business needs dictatePerform other duties as requiredAttend and/or host company and department meetingsPosition Specific Skills & Competencies:General knowledge of company workflow, advanced knowledge of department workflow and requirementsAdvanced knowledge of USPS rules and regulations and staying informed of any changesCreate and maintain a schedule for the department and communicate the expected time to start and complete tasksMaintain job production statusesUtilize quality control check proceduresSchedule 3 rd party transportation services for mailingsReview, follow, and question information provided – require clarity and consistencyBe prepared to answer questions regarding jobs as well as communicate material needs in order to meet mailing drop datesProduce mailing production paperworkMonitor Mailing Department inventory, and create purchase requisitions to replenish inventoryCreate reports and/or provide feedback to upper managementCommunicate with USPSAssist with mailing handwork functions, as neededAbility to sit, stand, and/or walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to operate a fork liftEducation:High school graduate/GEDPowered by JazzHR
