Trailer Technician (2nd Shift)

Company provided uniforms Responsibilities & Duties: Evaluate and diagnose mechanical & electrical problems Welding & fabrication of repairs Examine parts for damage or excessive wear Repair or replace damaged or worn heavy-duty parts Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and tools Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance Perform preventative maintenance Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or GED – Required 2-5 years’ experience with heavy duty equipment repair – Preferred Completion of a vocational or other post-secondary training program – Preferred Trailer body and/or Welding and Fabrication experience – Preferred Having your own hand tools is a plus, but not all required (larger equipment/tools will be supplied by Company).
