Building Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. If you’re a problem solver ready for a career in the hospitality field, apply today!Compensation: $18 hourly Responsibilities: Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Qualifications: Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required About Company Four Points is designed for the independent traveler who appreciates an honest, uncomplicated, and casual atmosphere.
