Position Overview
Bravo Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated Knowledge Management Specialist to support a mission-focused federal customer. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Knowledge Management (KM), SharePoint, content management systems, and collaboration technologies to develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise knowledge repositories and information-sharing platforms. This role will support the organization's ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate critical information across internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, maintain, and enhance Knowledge Management systems, including SharePoint sites, databases, internal websites, and collaboration platforms.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders on the effective use of Knowledge Management tools and best practices.
Design and maintain repositories that support the storage, sharing, retrieval, and analysis of assessments, legislative materials, policies, strategies, budget information, IT documentation, and other mission-critical content.
Create user guides, provide training, and support system users, including Intelligence Community (IC) partners and other stakeholders.
Integrate KM systems with other databases and information-sharing platforms as required.
Utilize automation tools, dashboards, and visualizations to improve access to information and support data-driven decision making.
Develop and maintain virtual communities of interest that facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, lessons learned, best practices, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain enterprise repositories for internal process documents, policies, procedures, and operational guidance.
Design data repositories that automatically generate visualizations and reporting products to support analysis, executive briefings, and operational decision-making.
Develop and execute simulations and exercises to evaluate database readiness, communication channels, and information-sharing effectiveness.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve information exchange across systems, organizations, government agencies, and private-sector partners.
Perform quality control testing and validation of web-based content and functionality to ensure an optimal user experience.
Collaborate closely with Government personnel, team members, and stakeholders to continuously improve processes and KM capabilities.

Required Skills
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; OR
No degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management processes, methodologies, organizational studies, system design, business process improvement, work simplification, and performance measurement.
Experience developing and managing enterprise knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop operational procedures, user guides, technical documentation, and training materials.
Strong organizational and process management skills with the ability to maintain structured content repositories and publishing workflows.
Experience conducting quality assurance and testing of web-based applications and content delivery platforms.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, and customers in a fast-paced environment.
