Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A school-based opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2026-2027 academic year in Anchorage, AK. This onsite, full-time contract position offers a rewarding environment working primarily with elementary-aged students across approximately two schools, supporting an average caseload of 47 students.Key Responsibilities:Provide individualized speech and language therapy to students to support their communication development.Develop, implement, and monitor therapy plans tailored to student needs.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote speech and language goals.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and school policies.Participate in team meetings and provide input for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Qualifications:Current and valid Alaska state certification and licensure as an SLP or SLPA.Credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.Experience working within a school setting.Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with students, families, and educators.Location:Anchorage, Alaska (Onsite work requiredno virtual opportunities available)This contract position spans from August 14, 2026, through May 27, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week, with a daily schedule of 8.5 hours including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.Interested candidates who meet the licensure requirements and are passionate about supporting student communication skills are encouraged to apply to be considered for this valuable opportunity.
