This role will focus on organizing, optimizing, and governing content that powers AI assistants and chatbot interactions across multiple business areas.This is a highly execution-focused role centered around conversational content strategy, chatbot optimization, and backend knowledge organization — ensuring AI-driven experiences deliver accurate, user-friendly, and compliant responses.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Create, update, and maintain content supporting AI assistant and chatbot experiencesOrganize and structure backend knowledge/content used by AI and chatbot platformsRefine chatbot conversations, response flows, fallback messaging, and user interactionsDevelop deterministic responses aligned to business intents and user journeysApply metadata, tagging, and content governance standards across AI-enabled contentMonitor chatbot feedback and identify opportunities to improve conversational experiencesExecute content updates and optimizations based on user feedback and business goalsEnsure content aligns with brand voice, compliance, legal, and customer experience standardsCoordinate approvals and governance workflows with business stakeholders, compliance, and legal teamsPartner closely with AI Product Owners, business teams, and platform stakeholders to support AI initiativesDocument conversational standards, workflows, and content management best practicesSupport ongoing optimization of AI-driven FAQ and virtual assistant experiencesRequirements:Must-Haves:4 years of experience in content strategy, digital content management, conversational design, or chatbot content developmentHands-on experience supporting chatbot, conversational AI, or virtual assistant experiencesExperience refining conversational flows, chatbot responses, or AI-assisted user interactionsStrong content organization, documentation, and execution skillsExperience managing content governance, compliance reviews, or approval workflowsExperience collaborating cross-functionally with business, product, compliance, legal, marketing, and technology teamsStrong writing, editing, and communication skillsAbility to analyze feedback and make iterative content improvementsExperience working in financial services, B2B, or other highly regulated enterprise environmentsPortfolio samples or examples of conversational/content strategy workNice-to-Haves:Experience with knowledge management systems or structured content platformsExposure to AI-assisted content workflows or prompt-writing conceptsExperience with conversational AI platforms such as Kore.ai or eGainExperience supporting enterprise FAQ/chatbot initiativesBackground in UX writing, information architecture, or conversational UXExperience working alongside AI Product Owners or AI platform teams
