Senior Operations Supervisor

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our warehouse team, ensuring efficient and effective logistics operations. This critical role requires a strong background in warehouse management, team leadership, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. As a key member of our operations team, the Operations Supervisor will play a vital role in maintaining our business's high standards for customer satisfaction. Supervisor will be overseeing 10-30 associates Candidate must have start up experience and be an “On The Floor" supervisor. **Duties** - Manage warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, including receiving and stocking products, managing inventory levels, and conducting regular inventory audits. - Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and adhering to safety protocols. - Implement and maintain a warehouse management system to track inventory, monitor warehouse performance, and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations, including coordinating with the transportation team to ensure timely delivery of products. - Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and implement corrective actions to address any safety concerns. - Develop and maintain accurate inventory reports and provide recommendations for inventory control improvements. - Participate in the development of process improvements and ensure they are implemented in accordance with company policies and procedures. **Requirements** - Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role, with a strong background in warehouse management and team leadership. - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and e-commerce logistics operations. - Experience with materials handling and inventory control. - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - Must have Microsoft Office Application Experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Warehouse supervisor experience: 7 years (Required) Warehouse management system: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
