Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment within all manufacturing facilitys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and a passion for working in a fast-paced production environment. Duties - Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. - Conduct regular maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Analyze equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot problems to prevent future issues. - Perform heavy duty industrial fabrication. Catwalks, staircases etc. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that equipment is properly installed and maintained. - Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that production schedules are met and that equipment downtime is minimized. - MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL - Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize equipment downtime and improve overall facility efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair work. - Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility. Skills - Proven experience in industrial maintenance and repair. - five plus years in industrial fabricatio. - Ability to maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. - Experience with analyzing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. - Strong English language skills for effective communication with colleagues and customers. - - Experience working in a manufacturing facility with a focus on equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong technical sales skills and the ability to provide expert advice on equipment installation and maintenance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: On the road
