Collection Representative

Credit & Collections Specialist Join a global manufacturer of advanced power solutions serving industries like aerospace, defense, industrial, and high-performance computing. This role is focused exclusively on international accounts, managing credit risk, driving collections, and ensuring strong cash flow across a global customer base. Key Responsibilities: · Manage credit evaluations and set limits for international customers · Drive collections efforts, resolve past due balances, and reduce DSO across global accounts · Monitor account activity and proactively identify and mitigate credit risk · Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies · Perform account reconciliations and support reporting within ERP systems · Work closely within the Finance team to support cash flow and credit strategy Must-Haves: · International credit and collections experience · Experience working in SAP · Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysi
