Youll be explaining the restoration process to homeowners during what is often a very stressful time for them.Who You AreReliable & Ready: You have a valid drivers license and are willing to participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends) because emergencies don't wait for business hours.Physically Capable: Youre comfortable lifting 50+ lbs., climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces like attics or crawl spaces.Problem Solver: You have a background in handyman work, construction, or a related field (or youre just really motivated to learn).Team Player: You enjoy working outdoors and collaborating with a crew to get the job done right.
